How we are paid
- We earn two ways: homeowners pay for advisory work; builders pay us a referral fee when you sign a contract with a builder we introduced. We tell you which applies before you decide.
- Your recommendation comes from a published, versioned rules engine and is produced before any builder matching. Referral fees never change the recommendation. The engine version is not public yet. The changelog will carry methodology, not the numeric weights.
- You are never required to use a builder we introduce, and you can ask any builder whether a referral fee is built into their quote.
A consultancy you should know about
Our founder is a paid consultant to BeachLife Development, one of the builders in our network, and his compensation can increase when BeachLife signs large contracts. Every BeachLife introduction repeats this.
No builder profile is published on this site. Same-market introductions for that concrete system, to builders other than BeachLife, stay off until a written approval is on file. Builder pricing, photos, and project data from that consultancy are not used here.
What this service is
We are an educational and advisory service, not an engineering, architecture, or contracting practice. Build with licensed professionals.
Published prices are on the pricing page: a free report, then $297, $997, and $2,497. A site visit is quoted per job. Membership is not priced. Checkout is off until payments are turned on.
Advertising
Advertising slots are off. A slot, if it is turned on later, is labeled Advertisement and Sponsored, and it does not change a recommendation.
