A finished page would say how the hazard loads a building, what the assembly has to do, and where a heavy shell helps or hurts. It would also say what a score cannot see: detailing, workmanship, and the code minimum on that lot. None of that is written here, and every cell would still read “Not scored” until a source is attached.
